In this role, you will support the daily functions of a pharmacy while ensuring exceptional service. Working closely with pharmacists, you'll manage prescription workflows and customer interactions. Your efforts will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and promote health and wellness standards in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and accurately gather prescription details
• Support pharmacists in coordinating call-backs effectively
• Manage prescription preparation and data entry tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Handle billing procedures and manage third-party accounts
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Preferably a Pharmacy Assistant diploma
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively
