Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver attentive and compassionate care to clients
• Monitor client health and report significant changes
• Collaborate with Care Teams for effective care delivery
• Maintain organized and accurate care documentation
• Participate in learning and development opportunities
Requirements:
• Valid certification in PSW, DSW, or related fields
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Completed COVID-19 vaccinations and recent TB test
• CPR certification within six months required
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
