In this vital role, your experience in radiation oncology will shine as you deliver onsite and remote product training in English and French. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored lesson plans and provide invaluable feedback on competitive products, enhancing the customer experience. Your adaptability and excellent communication skills will be essential for ensuring that customers are well-equipped to operate the equipment safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product training both onsite and remotely
• Provide demo support at trade events
• Prepare lesson plans based on engineering and customer needs
• Collaborate with sales and technical support teams
• Formulate support training materials like tips and workbooks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Medical Radiation Sciences
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, 3 in dosimetry
• Strong clinical understanding of radiation oncology processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Canadian driver's license and passport
