In this role, you’ll join Dialogue’s mission to enhance well-being by providing clinical support to clients experiencing mental health symptoms. As a licensed professional with a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, your work will prioritize emotional stabilization and resilience-building. Deliver evidence-based care within a flexible work model of up to 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with members
• Follow up to monitor client progress
• Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative environment
• Equip clients with coping strategies and CBT tools
• Maintain focus on member safety and ethical standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Valid psychotherapy permit in Quebec or Ontario
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Psychotherapist
• Experience with telemedicine platforms
• Commitment to short-term, goal-oriented therapy
