Licensed EAP Counselor at ComPsych

Join Com Psych as a licensed EAP Network Provider and deliver impactful counseling services to employees and their families. This role focuses on in-person support, helping individuals navigate life and workplace challenges.

Com Psych is seeking experienced behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program. As an EAP Network Provider, you'll provide short-term, solution-focused counseling delivered face-to-face within your community. This position encourages ethical and client-centered care aligned with Com Psych's model and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person EAP counseling services to employees

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship issues

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per professional standards

• Coordinate with Com Psych for case management and referrals

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health

• At least 3 years of clinical experience post-masters

• Professional accreditation or registration required

• Active liability insurance coverage where applicable
