• Deliver a recruitment experience that embodies our values

• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from intake through to hire

• Partner with various leaders to understand their hiring needs

• Build talent pipelines through networking and events

• Collaborate on initiatives with People & Culture teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field

• Two or more years of in-house recruitment experience

• Creative sourcing and talent attraction skills

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
