As a Recruiter Trainee, you will learn recruiting fundamentals with an Onboarding Coach before advancing into the Recruiter role. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit IT consultants throughout the complete recruiting cycle
Build consultant relationships through career coaching and market guidance
Develop sourcing strategies using tools, technologies, and in-house AI
Use AI-generated insights for recruitment decisions
Advise clients on availability, rates, locations, and hiring timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, military experience, or qualifying professional experience
Enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
