Drive high-volume recruiting with Agilus by Synergie as a Recruitment Consultant in Halifax, Nova Scotia, using strong organization and candidate-facing skills.
This hybrid Staffing Industry position supports operational hiring across general labour, warehouse, forklift, manufacturing, and logistics roles. You will connect candidates with opportunities while managing urgent, repetitive, people-heavy activity. The work includes coaching, follow-up, organization, and changing client demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit candidates for high-volume operational roles
- Build ready-to-go candidate pipelines for changing client demand
- Manage time-sensitive ATS activity supporting payroll and compliance
- Follow up with workers before site arrivals
- Coach temporary workers throughout their assignments
- Previous high-volume or operational recruiting experience
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, hospitality, or similar roles
- Comfort managing frequent last-minute changes
- Strong skills motivating and coaching candidates
- ATS experience and employment standards knowledge
