Support BambooHR administration and accurate employee records as a full-time contract Human Resources Assistant at Community Living Dufferin.

Community Living Dufferin seeks an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a contract lasting up to one year. You will support the Director of Human Resources and broader HR function through documentation, HRIS updates, recruitment coordination, and employee inquiries. The position supports smooth day-to-day Human Resources operations.

• Update BambooHR employee information and personnel records
• Prepare HR documentation, correspondence, reports, and forms
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding documents
• Audit HRIS data and files for accuracy and confidentiality
• Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries

• Previous administrative, office coordination, or HR support experience
• Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience maintaining databases, spreadsheets, electronic records, or HRIS systems
• Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
