P&O Human Resources Business Partner

Support Mars manufacturing leaders through trusted people partnership, Workday data integrity, and workforce insights across both factory sites. Influence decisions through strong communication.

As a P&O Business Partner, you will advise the Factory Site Line Manager and Supply Chain Leadership Team. You will serve associates and leaders onsite while deploying regional and functional people priorities. The work includes organizational effectiveness, people systems, and associate experience.

• Provide day-to-day guidance to associates and people leaders
• Lead site-specific initiatives improving effectiveness and engagement
• Deploy and improve core P&O programs and processes
• Partner with MyP&O, COEs, and regional P&O teams
• Support talent, workforce planning, and performance processes

• Four or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Business partnering, generalist, or operational HR experience
• HRIS experience;
  Workday experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
• Analytical, accurate, consultative, and responsive approach
