• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, references, and onboarding support
• Develop recruitment plans and define position requirements
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct structured, behavioural, competency-based, and virtual interviews
• Analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes

• Two to five years of experience, including two recruitment years
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management platforms
• Proficiency with AI recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements
