Support recruitment and employee relations as a Human Resources Advisor serving employees and leaders across diverse co-operative operations. Use sound judgment and clear communication.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will support recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations. The work includes job postings, candidate screening, selection support, offers, onboarding, and routine guidance. You will also coordinate records, benefits, leave administration, training, reporting, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment from postings through onboarding
- Guide routine HR and labour relations matters
- Maintain records and coordinate benefits, pension, and leave administration
- Coordinate training, reviews, recognition, and engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports and improve HR processes and communications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- One to three years of relevant HR experience
- Foundational HR practices and employment standards knowledge
- Strong organization, detail, communication, and discretion
- Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn HR systems
