Proper Expression seeks a marketing recruiter with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. You will recruit US-based marketers for paid media, design, project management, and Rev Ops roles. The work centers on sourcing, screening, candidate communication, and hiring coordination across multiple openings.
Key Responsibilities:- Source marketers across Linked In Recruiter, Upwork, boards, and referrals
- Write outreach and refresh targeted job postings
- Run screening calls and score candidates consistently
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and case studies
- Keep candidates, managers, Breezy, and Click Up updated
- Three-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Recent experience hiring marketers based in the United States
- Experience managing three or more open roles concurrently
- Daily use of Linked In Recruiter and candidate calls
- C1/C2 English and six-hour US East Coast overlap
