Human Resources Advisor Blue Mountain

Advise employees and leaders on HR matters at Blue Mountain Resort, using employee relations expertise and HRIS experience. Work on-site Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends on call.

As Human Resources Advisor, you will support performance expectations, organizational change, policy compliance, teamwork, engagement, and safety. You will build relationships with leaders and teams, align HR strategies with business objectives, and provide trusted advice. The role also supports HR programs, training, communications, and employee experience improvements.

• Advise employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters
• Manage investigations, conflict resolution, performance, absences, and discipline
• Develop training and communications supporting compliance and engagement
• Oversee HRIS data throughout the employee lifecycle
• Use HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Minimum three years of Human Resources experience
• Experience advising on employee relations matters
• Previous HRIS systems experience;
  Workday is an asset
• Knowledge of employment and labour laws
• CHRP or CHRL designation, or progress toward one, preferred
