Guide people strategy with Workday expertise as Mars’s primary on-site Human Resources partner, supporting associates and leaders across the site.
This Human Resources Business Partner role provides day-to-day guidance on people matters and leads initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness. You will improve P&O programs, support talent and workforce processes, and use workforce analytics to inform decisions. The role also requires collaboration across Mars’s P&O teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site guidance to associates and people leaders
- Lead site-specific engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Improve P&O programs, processes, and service delivery
- Support talent, workforce planning, and performance management processes
- Analyze workforce trends and provide business insights
- Four-plus years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms;
Workday strongly preferred - Strong relationship-building, consulting, and influencing skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented problem-solving ability
