Use advanced Excel and workforce data analysis as a remote Total Rewards Analyst supporting compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs globally.
Propelis seeks a Total Rewards Analyst with at least three years in compensation, benefits, or a related discipline. You will translate market and workforce data into practical insights while supporting reward cycles, renewals, governance, and compliance. The work requires analytical thinking, sound judgement, and careful handling of sensitive employee information.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market pricing, survey matching, benchmarking, and job evaluations
- Support merit, salary review, incentive planning, and budgeting processes
- Analyse benefit design, participation, utilisation, cost, and competitiveness
- Validate reward data across HRIS and vendor systems
- Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Three-plus years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel data validation and modelling skills
- Working knowledge of compliance and data privacy requirements
- UKG familiarity or relevant certification progress is advantageous
