Description:
CGI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation initiative. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and CGI delivery teams to ensure successful translation of business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce implementations
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Consultants, and Developers to ensure alignment with platform capabilities
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Ensure solutions align with CGI delivery standards and best practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired qualifications
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Consulting or system integration experience

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
