Transform business needs into technical success.
Lead requirements workshops, process optimization, and UAT for enterprise projects. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver maximum ROI through precise functional specifications and lifecycle management.

Requirements Leadership:

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit/prioritize business requirements.
Document comprehensive functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Process Excellence:
Map "as-is" to "to-be" processes, identifying efficiency opportunities.
Develop business cases with ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.

Delivery & Quality:
Design UAT strategies and lead acceptance testing.
Mentor junior analysts and serve as project SME.

Must-Have Skills (5+ years):
Advanced SDLC expertise (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Proven analytical problem-solving with complex requirements.
UAT management and process mapping mastery.
