What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead Compensation work streams for assigned accounts
Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on daily activities and incidents
Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required
Maintain the Workday platform, focusing on reporting and data audits
Drive continual business process improvements throughout the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Compensation
Experience in configuring merit, bonus, and stock plans
Good communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with creating calculated fields, custom reports, and pay-for-performance configurations
Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practices
