We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.As the Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Workforce Enablement part of Global Functions Technology, Chief Operating Office you will deliver high-impact, cohesive executive reports, drive strategic workforce initiatives to empower employees, enhance engagement, and align talent capabilities with Global Functions Technology goals. You will partner closely with central teams in Toronto and local stakeholders to execute initiatives tailored to the Halifax workforce, ensuring measurable impact on productivity, skill development, and employee satisfaction.
What will you do?
Deliver Executive Reporting & Strategic Alignment- Create Executive Reports:
Develop high-quality, visually compelling reports Business Review Documents, Quarterly Business Reviews, highlighting progress against strategic goals, insights, and accomplishments.
Collaborate with various SLT's COO Team: Partner to synthesize data into actionable narratives, ensuring alignment between departmental and enterprise priorities
Maintain Strategic Framework: Establish and update a framework to track milestones and publish a monthly GFT executive summary to streamline quarterly/annual reviews
Lead Employee Engagement & Upskilling Initiatives in Halifax- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for employee engagement and upskilling initiatives tailored to GFT needs
Partner with Halifax central team and plan initiatives (workshops, events) to foster collaboration, align employees with GFT priorities, and strengthen workplace culture
Measure Impact: Establish metrics to evaluate initiative effectiveness, including skill adoption rates, productivity improvements, and employee feedback. Ensure programs translate to tangible day-to-day performance gains.
Partnership & Collaboration- Partner with local hub leader & pillar leads to enable hub identity execution. .
Support local events such as Catalyst, Amplify, University/Campus events
Must Have:
5+ Years of Relevant
Experience:
Proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in building strategic partnerships across central Workforce, Talent Acquisition/Engagement Teams, and executive leadership to drive organizational success.

Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results, including reducing time-to-hire, improving employee engagement scores, increasing participation in upskilling programs, and achieving tangible productivity gains linked to skill development.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
:
Advanced skills in translating complex workforce metrics (recruitment efficiency, engagement data) into actionable executive reports with clear insights.
Executive Reporting & Visualization
:
Proven experience creating high-quality business reports (BRDs, QBRs, dashboards) using advanced data visualization and BI tools.
Strategic Communication
:
Exceptional ability to articulate talent strategies, recruitment efficiency, and engagement initiatives to Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs), COO Teams, and business stakeholders
Background in HR, workforce analytics, organizational development, or business operations
Familiarity with financial services or large enterprise environments.
Experience supporting multi-location organizations or hub-based models
Prior experience in a Big4 consulting firm
