Become an integral part of the team as an On-Site IT Support Specialist. Provide effective front-line support for desktop users in combat systems integration and enhance IT functionality across the board.
This role at Lockheed Martin Canada demands zero to three years of experience. You will support personnel with troubleshooting for computers, networks, and audiovisual equipment. Responsibilities include reviewing hardware and software needs for desktop users and participating in office hardware purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line computer user support
• Troubleshoot network, printer, and audiovisual issues
• Review hardware and software needs for users
• Maintain IT functionality of conference rooms
• Manage IT hardware inventory and purchasing
Requirements:
• Zero to three years of IT support experience
• Proficient in software troubleshooting (Linux, Microsoft, antivirus)
• Experience with commissioning/setup of IT equipment
• Knowledge in cable management and virtual workstation support
• Security clearance for NATO Secret required.
