This position as a Level 1 Technician involves addressing initial calls, solving common IT problems, and providing user training on software and hardware setups. You will play an essential role in ensuring business continuity by troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage initial support calls from users effectively
• Provide basic troubleshooting and user training
• Monitor IT systems for potential issues and compliance

Requirements:
