Elevate your career as an Implementation Manager with Manulife in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This hybrid role focuses on client relationship management during the vital implementation phases of group pension services.
As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs and timelines are met throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with distribution partners, you will strengthen relationships and support the adoption of digital tools among plan members. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a thorough knowledge of Group Pension products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support distribution partners in presentations and meetings
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementations
• Coordinate internal project meetings and manage action items
• Drive the adoption of digital tools for plan members
• Develop implementation schedules and manage resources
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Group Pension products
• Proven project management experience (PMP preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
