In this full-time role, you'll report to the Director of Marketing, overseeing digital marketing initiatives and clinic marketing operations for a national mental health network. Your expertise in performance metrics, lead tracking, and marketing analytics will support the organization’s growth objectives while enhancing patient engagement across various clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage digital marketing channels including Google Ads and SEO initiatives
• Monitor website analytics and patient acquisition trends
• Develop reporting frameworks for campaign performance insights
• Collaborate on marketing strategies with clinic teams
• Lead social media reporting and audience growth initiatives
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in digital marketing or performance analytics
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital platforms
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of SEO and digital acquisition strategies
