Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign SAPCRM solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing business process and industry knowledge to ensure seamless integration with the existing system landscape. Implement SAPCRM projects, change requests, and issue resolution, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery. Provide expert consulting services to business stakeholders, leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with the existing system landscape. Ensure seamless integration of SAPCRM solutions with the existing system landscape.
Preferred Education- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Technical and Professional Expertise: SAPCRM solution design: experience designing solutions to meet business requirements.
- SAPCRM project implementation: experience implementing projects, change requests, and issue resolution.
- Business process knowledge: experience leveraging business process and industry knowledge to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- SAPCRM integration: experience integrating solutions with existing system landscape.
- SAPCRM consulting: experience providing expert consulting services to stakeholders.
- SAP industry knowledge: exposure to utilizing industry knowledge for high‑quality solutions.
- SAPCRM best practices: exposure to implementing best practices for successful delivery.
- Business process improvement: exposure to identifying areas for improvement and optimizing solutions.
