Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Prepare data mappings and support application testing and implementation.
• Analyze payment transaction data to identify risks and prevent data leakage.
• Understand system architecture, application interdependencies, and payment flows.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to deliver program level solutions.
• Support project planning, scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure security controls, process improvements, and business recovery readiness.
• Review test plans, assist testing, and support production readiness.
• Provide user training, post implementation support, and clear stakeholder communication.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Strong experience of payment applications - wires processing (SWIFT and FED) with knowledge of ISO standards.
. Strong data analytical skills including SQL.
. Knowledge of reporting tools (eg. Jaspersoft, Tableau) beneficial.
. Self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a uniquely positive customer-service-oriented attitude.
. Ability to work alone and with other members of a team. Must be a team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
. Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for projects, design, customization and maintenance actions taken
. Ability to negotiate winning solutions for customers and projects.
. Ability to effectively manage multiple efforts simultaneously and adjust to changes in direction as needed to meet business objective;
Make recommendations for system enhancements and changes.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation and communications skills.
. Knowledge of project methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,.00–$,.00. This role is an existing vacancy.
