Scrum Master
Location:

- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements within the banking domain.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to maintain a well‑groomed and prioritized product backlog.
- Identify, track, and remove team impediments and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies and risks.
- Monitor sprint execution and delivery progress to ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint health, and team performance indicators.
- Facilitate transparent communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery predictability.
- Promote a cooperative, accountable, and high‑performing Agile culture across teams.
- Support release planning, PI planning (if applicable), and Agile transformation initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile delivery for enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments effectively.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze Agile metrics and drive process improvements.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience supporting distributed or cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and governance standards in financial institutions.
- Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD practices, and Agile release management.
