ULC as a Level 1 Operational Technology Technician. This full-time on-site role focuses on troubleshooting and user training to ensure smooth operations.
As a Level 1 Technician in Halifax, Nova Scotia, you will address initial support calls, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues. Your experience in monitoring operations will help foresee IT challenges while you provide software installation guidance and peripheral configuration training to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle initial support calls to minimize downtime

• Perform basic troubleshooting for user issues

• Provide training on software installations and configurations

• Collaborate with development teams and infrastructure providers

• Create SOPs for consistent technical support procedures
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of technical support experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, or similar

• Ability to monitor operations and resolve issues

• Experience with networking tasks and IT requests

• Knowledge of Python and SQL (advantage)
