• Strengthen understanding of Windows Desktop OS (Windows
  11) and Windows Server (2022/2025)
• Develop troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems
• Install and upgrade application software
• Mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Troubleshoot network and application problems
• Provide technical support to users and stakeholders
• Create innovative ways to help customers work more efficiently through technology
• Apply problem‑solving, creativity, and technical skills to real‑world challenges

• Improved Windows OS troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to a broad range of applications and support processes
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Understanding of how Marketing and Trading environments operate and the urgency of delivering solutions
• Strengthened skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and asking effective questions

• Experience or interest in providing solutions for technical incidents
• Ability to create clear and effective documentation for solutions
• Strong investigative skills using available facts and details
• Effective communication with stakeholders
