- Strengthen understanding of Windows Desktop OS (Windows
11) and Windows Server (2022/2025) - Develop troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems
- Install and upgrade application software
- Mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot network and application problems
- Provide technical support to users and stakeholders
- Create innovative ways to help customers work more efficiently through technology
- Apply problem‑solving, creativity, and technical skills to real‑world challenges
- Improved Windows OS troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to a broad range of applications and support processes
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Understanding of how Marketing and Trading environments operate and the urgency of delivering solutions
- Strengthened skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and asking effective questions
- Experience or interest in providing solutions for technical incidents
- Ability to create clear and effective documentation for solutions
- Strong investigative skills using available facts and details
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Solid problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with IT team members to develop solutions
