Your focus will involve coaching teams, managing impediments, and facilitating agile ceremonies to enhance delivery outcomes. With a robust background in fintech or capital markets, you will drive consistent improvements and foster a collaborative environment for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and remove impediments to support sprint goals

• Facilitate agile ceremonies as Scrum Master

• Collaborate with Product Managers for clarity and support

• Manage backlog and ensure well-defined team tasks

• Foster open communication and psychological safety
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 8+ years in agile delivery, 5+ as Project Manager/Scrum Master

• Strong facilitation and team coaching skills

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and agile tools

• Experience with Scrum and scaled agile frameworks
