About the RoleAs a Product Delivery Manager, you’ll lead client onboarding projects and help shape platform improvements that enhance the user experience. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, you’ll act as the connector between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless implementations and ongoing product improvements that elevate the user experience.
What You’ll Do- Lead client onboarding: gather requirements, understand client goals, and design tailored solutions using existing features or enhancements.
- Manage implementation lifecycle: oversee end‑to‑end onboarding with developers and designers, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely, seamless delivery.
- Serve as client liaison: act as the primary contact during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations, while partnering with Customer Success Managers to strengthen relationships.
- Own project scope: manage contracts (SOWs, Order Forms) and ensure enterprise configurations integrate successfully with client systems.
- Advance platform usability: partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements informed by client feedback and usage metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement: champion enhancements that align the platform with evolving client and business needs.

Experience:
multiple years of onboarding customized enterprise software solutions or experience in a similar role. - Project Management
Skills:
proven ability to manage projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. - Communication: excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Wealth Management: knowledge of the wealth management industry is required.
- Technical Aptitude: familiarity with enterprise software systems and an ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
For roles based in or eligible to work from Ontario, the expected base salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 CAD.
