We seek a highly motivated Senior SDET with hands-on expertise and leadership experience to mentor junior team members. You will focus on driving automation initiatives by designing test automation frameworks and implementing CI/CD strategies.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring coding standards and best practices for maintainable automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive automation testing initiatives through effective strategies
• Establish coding standards and design patterns for maintainability
• Design scalable test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Optimize regression test suites to reduce execution time
• Collaborate with PMs, Scrum Masters, and Analysts to meet testing requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in QE Testing, 3 years in test automation
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proficiency in Python or Java for test automation
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Playwright
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
