As a Program Support Specialist, you'll report to the Manager of Operations Support, focusing on effective service coordination for various departments. Key responsibilities include managing user access, inventory management, and supporting quality assurance reviews.
Your role will involve working closely with Citizen Services teams and stakeholders to enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop onboarding and off-boarding processes for team members
• Manage serial and non-serial inventory effectively
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of programs
• Assist in process improvements and new program implementations
• Provide technical guidance and analyze data for informed decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience facilitating training and delivering sessions
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume projects
