In this permanent full-time role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert for critical software platforms supporting our clinical and business teams. Your responsibilities include configuring vendor applications, managing system enhancements, and improving data quality. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts, you'll deliver scalable, reliable solutions tailored to enhance care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical expert for software platform configurations
• Provide day-to-day system administration and operational support
• Lead implementation of approved enhancements and upgrades
• Analyze system performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and deliver user training and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in system configuration
• Strong experience with SaaS or vendor-based platforms
• Knowledge of access controls and security best practices
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Scheduling software
