We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer‑generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

• Monitor and investigate JCL batch job executions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Document and track all shift turnover issues.
• Contribute to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.
• Monitor the library to ensure the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and track resolution.

• Willingness to take a business focused, holistic approach to delivering operations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.
• Experience with the incident and problem management life cycles.
• Experience with SQL and Unix environments.

• ITIL Framework knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc.
• IT Systems Operations experience.
• Working experience with Service Now or comparable IT Service Management toolsets.
