As the Manager, Clinic Technology, you will coordinate technology services vital for daily clinical operations. With a focus on EMR systems, you will ensure that clinic initiatives are executed efficiently. Your leadership will enhance clinic performance and support new initiatives across Canada, making your impact significant and measurable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinic technology service execution and support daily operations
• Act as a senior escalation point for technology issues
• Maintain operational accountability for EMR platforms
• Support onboarding and performance stability of EMR services
• Contribute to solution design and complex troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years of IT experience with leadership roles
• Technical expertise in healthcare IT and EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Post-secondary diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bilingual in English and French
