Location: Halifax Regional Municipality
Join Bell Mobility's Radio operations team as a Senior Incident Specialist. Lead the incident management process, swiftly restoring operations while analyzing data to improve protocols.
In this senior role, you will manage the incident resolution process, ensuring communication with stakeholders and developing effective management procedures. Your strong analytical skills and ability to multitask during high-pressure situations will drive success.
Experience with ITIL and P25 radio networks will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee incident management processes and team activities
• Respond to service incidents, identifying causes promptly
• Produce documentation for incident resolution protocols
• Collaborate with operations teams for procedural adherence
• Log incidents to identify and address recurring issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification required
• Minimum three years in IT service management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with P25 public safety radio networks
