Healthcare Deskside Support Technician

This position calls for multiple Technicians to enhance desktop support across healthcare facilities. You will engage in device imaging, software installation, and direct client interaction for troubleshooting. Occasional travel to nearby locations is expected, expanding your impact and responsibilities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform device imaging and deployment tasks
• Install and support necessary software for users
• Gather and assess information with clients directly
• Troubleshoot and manage physical device exchanges
• Track daily work progress and report accordingly
Requirements:
• IT diploma or relevant equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience needed
• Proven customer service skills essential
• Experience in onsite support for clients required
• Willingness to travel to various client sites
