• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional development and business systems analyst team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for Archer Development, aligning initiatives with RBC's strategic objectives
• Oversee solution design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions using modern architecture and best practices
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Champion agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices to accelerate time‑to‑market and operational excellence
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust security, compliance, and data governance

• 5+ years of software development and architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record managing large‑scale enterprise technology initiatives in complex environments
• Strong expertise in modern development practices (Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, microservices architecture)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience in the financial services or banking industry
• Certification in project management (PMP, SAFe) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud‑native architectures, blockchain)
