IT Support Officer

At Saab Canada Inc., you will be part of the Onsite Support Team, responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and effective communication to explain technical concepts clearly. Candidates will also assist with continuous improvement initiatives and participate in IT projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via various channels
• Manage file and print services efficiently
• Install and configure corporate applications and tools
• Track asset management and lifecycle processes
• Maintain and support audio-visual systems
Requirements:
• Experience in enterprise IT support environments
• Hands-on knowledge of device management tools
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 2024
• Understanding of networking concepts and SCCM
• Ability to handle security vetting certification
