The Business Systems Manager is both strategic and operational, acting as the bridge between IT and business operations. Your responsibilities will include leading the IT department, managing Net Suite ERP and WMS functions, as well as optimizing workflows across finance, sales, and warehouse operations. With a proactive approach, you'll drive meaningful improvements that solidify our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT department and align goals with company objectives

• Own day-to-day operations of Net Suite ERP/WMS

• Troubleshoot inventory and fulfillment issues swiftly

• Oversee system integrations and documentation processes

• Enhance efficiency in business processes across departments

Requirements:

• 3 or more years in Net Suite ERP management

• Strong grasp of distribution or wholesale workflows

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Proven ability to manage IT teams effectively

• Expertise in security tools like Darktrace
