Deskside Support Technician

This five-month contract role involves essential desktop support across healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include device imaging, software support, and travel throughout Nova Scotia as needed. Your strong customer service skills will aid in effectively addressing client needs and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and image devices for clients
• Install and support software applications
• Gather information by consulting with clients
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
• Track and report daily operational activities
Requirements:
• IT diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proven customer service expertise
• Direct support experience with clients and devices
• Ability to travel as required
