With 7–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, you will manage configurations for Core HR, Absence, and Compensation modules. Your skills in requirements gathering and production support will be vital in working with HR and IT. Engage in fit-gap analysis and contribute to system releases for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and configure Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from HR and IT departments

• Gather requirements and analyze fit-gaps

• Support payroll processes and related integrations

• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

Requirements:

• 7–9+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

• Strong hands-on skills in Core HR and other modules

• Solid understanding of payroll processes

• Expertise in requirements gathering and system configuration

• Preparedness for testing and ongoing support
