The Business Intelligence and Data Lead will assist the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism in leveraging data to pinpoint systemic inequities. This role emphasizes the collection, organization, and analysis of information to support proactive solutions, aligning with the goals of the Dismantling Racism and Hate Act. You will collaborate with government partners to enhance programs, services, and policies based on equity data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage equity dashboards and reporting tools
• Provide data-driven advice to government partners and OEA leaders
• Connect data analysis to policy and program needs
• Assess outcomes and track progress of equity initiatives
• Facilitate community engagement through data-informed projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with underserved communities
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
