You will serve as the principal link among Technical Data, ILS, Supply Support, and Engineering departments, playing a pivotal role in the accuracy and integrity of technical data documentation.

• Manage and update Technical Data Packages (TDPs) efficiently
• Oversee Document Change Requests (DCRs) using a dedicated JIRA board
• Reconcile data between Maximo and DRMIS systems
• Facilitate current NSN assignments with the Government Cataloguing System
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and Power BI for reporting

• 5 years in ILS, Supply Support, or Technical Data Management
• Proficiency in Maximo, DRMIS, and advanced Excel
• Solid problem‑solving skills and self‑motivation
• Security Clearance eligibility for NATO Secret Level
• Familiarity with Canadian Forces technical documentation
