As part of the Managed Services team, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer service skills to maintain client IT environments. You'll serve as an escalation point for front-line support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue ownership
• Validate issue priorities and schedule services with clients
• Document and update incidents within the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer server and network infrastructures including Active Directory
Requirements:
• 3+ years in back-office or Service Desk support
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong understanding of networking and business applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
