We're seeking an individual with a diploma or degree in Information Technology to handle end-user setups and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues. Your responsibilities will encompass diagnosing problems, assisting with network protocols, and providing onboarding sessions for new employees. Excellent communication and analytical skills will be vital in delivering high-quality support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure user desktops and other devices
• Analyze and remedy email, printer, and basic network issues
• Coordinate IT issues with higher support tiers
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
• Manage resources and documentation within IT departments
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows
• Understanding of network theory and Group Policy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Must secure Government of Canada security clearance
