As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the operational backbone for PAC, CIC, and M&D product lines. You'll drive process improvements and ensure system functionalities align with support requirements. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in generating leadership-ready insights from operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Standardize and document case management workflows
• Identify and address process friction points
• Maintain operational documentation and training materials
• Create KPI reports for daily and monthly performance
• Liaise between Tech Support and functional teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent
• 5+ years in technical support or operations roles
• Proven data extraction and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP in operations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
