Drive the future of business banking as a Senior Scrum Master with Commercial Business Technology s role focuses on medium-to-complex Agile projects while fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality delivery.
In this pivotal position, you will apply Scrum principles to coach development teams, focusing on performance and sprint goals. Your extensive knowledge will lead initiatives from initiation to release, aligning with RBC's Agile practices. You will also manage roadmaps and effectively address risks and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-to-end Agile initiatives for effective project delivery
• Manage roadmaps, financials, and shared service dependencies
• Lead teams in decision-making, goal setting, and resolving conflicts
• Remove impediments to promote team performance and trust
• Ensure transparency through updates and retrospectives
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in multi-Agile environments
• 5+ years in software development or project management
• Undergraduate degree in Business, IT, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
