Join our dedicated team as an Engineering Application Support Specialist, offering essential technical support for engineering applications. Your expertise will empower engineers to work effectively within their environments.
In this position, you will manage and maintain application performance and infrastructure security. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams to address their customization needs and perform necessary configurations for application updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for engineering applications and systems
• Manage hardware upgrades and application maintenance
• Assist users with configuration and customization
• Collaborate with IS/IT for infrastructure security needs
• Participate in forums to understand application roadmaps
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant IS/IT or engineering experience
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Proven analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Linux administration and basic scripting
• Knowledge of Active Directory is an asset
